• Vendor selection assistance (Helping you select your dress, florals, food, etc. is an honor - I love being an asset to you or even the bad guy if needed)

Design

• Design development & decor coordination (think: linens, florals, lighting, etc.)

• Pinterest board creation - let’s get visual

• Full decor sourcing - helping you bring your dreams into reality

• Decor setup assistance

Logistics

• Management and review of contracts and communications (Don’t sign them till you‘ve sent them to me)

• Interfacing with your vendors as your single point of contact from day one (Ask me why this is so crucial, I’d love to explain it!)

• Timeline planning and oversight 

• Management of rentals

• Financial management assistance & guidance (I want to help you stay in budget and spend where you’ll enjoy it the most)

Perfect for the couple who have put their ideas into motion and just need some help with the final touches. We’ll step in 1-2 months prior to your wedding (right when you start to feel like maybe you should have eloped) and support you through the final hurdles to ensure that it all runs smoothly on your special day. So, relax, the logistics are being handled, savor it, and bask in the moment.

• Meet and greet to discuss your vision of the wedding and where you’re at in the planning process

• Review of vendor contracts

• Stress relief - 6 weeks prior to your wedding we’ll step in as the single point of contact for your vendors

• Creation & finalization of timelines and layouts

• Ceremony & reception site walk-through

• Decor set up: includes the following items: programs, unity candle, table numbers, place cards, candles, and toasting flutes*

• Coordination of the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception 

*Additional décor setup assistance can be added to the final estimate
